It is my hope for you, that you develop the depth of friendship that Winnie the Pooh found…for it was Winnie that said, “If you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred minus one day so I will never have to live without you.”

May you find in each other a steadfast love that sees you through the tests of life…and if one of you falls, that the other will be there to catch you.

To accomplish that, you will need one mind in two bodies…to hear not only what was said, but also listen with the heart to what they didn’t say

May you be best friends that know the song in their heart and can sing it back to them when they have forgotten the words.

May you feel no rain…for each will be a shelter to the other.

May you feel no cold…for you will be warmth to the other.

May there be no loneliness…for each will be the companion to the other.

Though you have two bodies…may you choose only one path before you.

May you enter into the days of your happiness with God’s hand upon your lives…and may your days be good and long upon the earth, as you seek to know and follow Him only.
