The Rejection of Israel is the Reconciling of the World, Romans 11:15

For since their rejection is a reconciliation concerning [the] world, what is the receiving except life out from death?
Israel as a nation rejected the salvation offered
Israel will accept it in the future - How Much Great It will, as life out from death
We Are Given the Ministry of Reconciliation, 2 Corinthians 5:18
Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,
God is not Imputing Trespasses, 2 Corinthians 5:19
that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
As Ambassadors of Christ We Take the Word of Reconciliation to the World. 2 Corinthians 5:20
Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.
Reconciliation is Possible Because Christ is a Propitiation for Sins
Through His blood, Romans 3:25

Whom God before set forth a propitiation through the faith by His blood unto a demonstration of His righteousness because of the deferral of punishment of the sins having previously happened
For All Sins, Including the World, 1 John 2:2
And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.
An Expression of Love by God, 1 John 4:10
In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
When God Loved the World He Gave His Son, John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
God is Not Loving the World Now, It Was a Single Expression of His Love
Propitiation Prior to Christ
The Ark of the Covenant Served as the Propitiation for Israel, Hebrews 9:5

and above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat (ἱλαστήριον). Of these things we cannot now speak in detail.
The Gentiles were not offered reconciliation except through Israel
Justification
Justification
A lawful or sufficient reason for one’s acts or omissions. any fact that prevents an act from being wrongful
Justification is Through the Resurrection of Christ, Romans 4:25

Who was given over because of our trespasses and was raised because of our justification.
The Gift of Righteousness Results in Justification, Romans 5:16

And the gift is not as through one having sinned. For on the one hand judgment out from one [having sinned] unto condemnation, on the other hand the gracious gift out from many trespasses unto justification.

Therefore then, as through one trespass unto all men into condemnation, thus also through one righteousness unto all men into justification of life.
Justification Cannot Come Through Works of the Law, Romans 3:20
Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
Justification is Through Grace, Romans 3:24
being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

Those Who Seek Justification Through Law Have Fallen From Grace, Galatians 5:4

God is Justified in Deferring Punishment of Sin Through the Propitiation of Christ, Romans 3:26
to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
Justification Gives Us Peace with God, Romans 5:1
Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
Justification Saves Us from Wrath, Romans 5:9
Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

Justification is a Work of God, Romans 8:30
Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.
