TEXT: Numbers 17:23…..28 (they rehearsed failure; the people be strong, the cities are walled, & the children of Anak are there..(a family of giants)…what you see, determines what you desire!!)

What they saw cancelled what they knew, must overcome the grasshopper complex. We have God’s promises, provisions and presence.

Numbers 32:9   For when they went up unto the valley of Eshcol, and saw the land, they discouraged the heart of the children of Israel, that they should not go into the land which the LORD had given them.

They planted seeds of doubt, discouragement, which hindered, restrained, frustrated the entire body…

The Spirit of the Lord, Spirit of truth, spirit of Christ…This Spirit offers encouragement, links power, ability to make things happen.

Spirit of power and of love. (Power exercised without love is deceitful)
