Welcome to Freedom Chapel. My name is Pastor Terry and I am the lead Pastor here at Freedom Chapel. If you are new with us this this morning thank you for joining us. Please fill out the welcome card in your bulletin or online by using the QR Code
Our mission as a church is to bring Hope to our community. We do that by being a Place to Belong, Church for the Whole Family. We want every person who attends here to have the opportunity to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and to Go out and Make a Difference.
Today as we prepare to take up our Tithes and Offerings I want to pray a blessing over our church.
On the authority of God’s infallible word, I proclaim over you as a tithing Christian, the blessings of our faithful and loving heavenly Father.
As a tither, you are not limited to the ups and downs of the economy of this world’s system. The scriptures declare that we are of the seed of Abraham and that the blessings of Abraham upon us set us apart and make us to prosper in all situations, favorable or unfavorable.
Let it be known and proclaimed unashamedly that Freedom Chapel stands by Israel and we pray faithfully for the peace of Jerusalem. The scriptures reveal, “they shall prosper that love thee.“
The heavens are open over this church and over this congregation, therefore I speak this blessing.
I call forth jobs for the unemployed, meaningful jobs with good pay and benefits. Things that have been held up in the courts such as your inheritance, godly settlements, and other legal matters, be settled in Jesus’ name so you may have what is rightfully yours without any further delay.
Those who earn your living as entrepreneurs or those who work in sales and commissions, I speak God’s favor to be upon you so that deals and opportunities to excel will come your way. I call forth raises and bonuses to those who need them.
I speak that you find money unexpectedly and that unexpected checks come in the mail right out of nowhere as a gift from heaven just for you.
I speak the word “Increase“ over you; I speak abundance to overtake you; such abundance that you miraculously come out of debt so that the stress
of those debts will release your minds and God’s peace will return to you quickly.
I now release God’s angels to go forth and minister for you and yours,
because this is your covenant blessing.
Now it’s time for action. It’s time to bring our tithe and offerings into this storehouse. As you come may your heart be filled with worship and faith.

The Plan for Israel and Us
We have seen through Romans chapter 9-12 that Paul has taken a side journey in the letter to discuss God’ Chosen people Isreal want what the future holds for them.
In Romans 11 we see Paul conclude this section by sharing the plan God has for Isreal and how it effects us.
Romans 11:1a (ESV)
1 I ask, then, has God rejected his people?
21 But of Israel he says, “All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people.”

1 I ask, then, has God rejected his people? By no means! For I myself am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, a member of the tribe of Benjamin.
2 God has not rejected his people whom he foreknew. Do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he appeals to God against Israel?
3 “Lord, they have killed your prophets, they have demolished your altars, and I alone am left, and they seek my life.”
4 But what is God’s reply to him? “I have kept for myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal.”
5 So too at the present time there is a remnant, chosen by grace.
Election: This idea that God chose certain people to save.
I believe God is all knowing, I believe in free will, I believe that God puts certain people into the perfect circumstances knowing that they will choose grace and willingly use their free Will for God’s benefit.
4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love
5 he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will,

6 But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works; otherwise grace would no longer be grace.
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,
9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
7 What then? Israel failed to obtain what it was seeking. The elect obtained it, but the rest were hardened,
Romans (God’s Mercy on Israel / 11:1-10)
Israel’s failure was foreseen by God and, in fact, brought about by him (see 9:22–23, 33).
22 What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction,
23 in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory—
This “hardening” was confirmation of their inablility to understand and their insensitivity to God’s Word and God’s call. When God judged them, he removed their ability to see, hear, and repent; thus they would experience the consequences of their rebellion. But this “hardening” is not the same as rejection; rather, it confirms their response to God. Paul illustrates this “hardening” from two passages in Scripture (as follows).
8 as it is written, “God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes that would not see and ears that would not hear, down to this very day.”
9 And David says, “Let their table become a snare and a trap, a stumbling block and a retribution for them;
10 let their eyes be darkened so that they cannot see, and bend their backs forever.”
The were hardened so that God could make a path for our redemption.
Romans 11:11a (ESV)
11 So I ask, did they stumble in order that they might fall?
11 So I ask, did they stumble in order that they might fall? By no means! Rather, through their trespass salvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous.
12 Now if their trespass means riches for the world, and if their failure means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full inclusion mean!
13 Now I am speaking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch then as I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry
14 in order somehow to make my fellow Jews jealous, and thus save some of them.
15 For if their rejection means the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead?
16 If the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, so is the whole lump, and if the root is holy, so are the branches.
17 But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, although a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing root of the olive tree,
18 do not be arrogant toward the branches. If you are, remember it is not you who support the root, but the root that supports you.
19 Then you will say, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.”
20 That is true. They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand fast through faith. So do not become proud, but fear.
21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, neither will he spare you.
John Bevere shares in a message that in 1994 he was invited to meet with Jim Baker in prison. Jim Bakker Had the largest ministry in the world between 1974 and 1987. He was convicted of Accounting Fraud and numerous sexual misconduct accusations are tied to his name.
In his meeting he asked Jim When he stopped loving Jesus. Jim stated I never stopped loving Jesus, I stopped fearing God.
22 Note then the kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God’s kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness. Otherwise you too will be cut off.
23 And even they, if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God has the power to graft them in again.
24 For if you were cut from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and grafted, contrary to nature, into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, the natural branches, be grafted back into their own olive tree.
25 Lest you be wise in your own sight, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers: a partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.
Paul is quoting Jesus Here
24 They will fall by the edge of the sword and be led captive among all nations, and Jerusalem will be trampled underfoot by the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
26 And in this way all Israel will be saved, as it is written, “The Deliverer will come from Zion, he will banish ungodliness from Jacob”;
27 “and this will be my covenant with them when I take away their sins.”
28 As regards the gospel, they are enemies for your sake. But as regards election, they are beloved for the sake of their forefathers.
29 For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
30 For just as you were at one time disobedient to God but now have received mercy because of their disobedience,
31 so they too have now been disobedient in order that by the mercy shown to you they also may now receive mercy.
Paul ends this chapter in a way that just blows me away.
32 For God has consigned all to disobedience, that he may have mercy on all.
33 Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!
34 “For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?”
35 “Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?”
36 For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.
33 Have you ever come on anything quite like this extravagant generosity of God, this deep, deep wisdom? It’s way over our heads. We’ll never figure it out.
34 Is there anyone around who can explain God? Anyone smart enough to tell him what to do?
35 Anyone who has done him such a huge favor that God has to ask his advice?
36 Everything comes from him; Everything happens through him; Everything ends up in him. Always glory! Always praise! Yes. Yes. Yes.
