The Christmas Story- is about people who have an encounter with God that dramatically changes their lives because they had a divine revelation of who baby Jesus is.
Divine Revelation- Mary, Joseph, Sheperds, Wisemen, Elizabeth
He Chose Them- John 15:16 (NIV)16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.
He Chose You- To Bear Fruit- He Will give You What You Need
Peters Divine Revelation- Matthew 16:15–17 (NASB95) 15 He *said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” 16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” 17 And Jesus said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.
Reveal- to make known or show something secret or hidden, to take the cover off
Peter was ignorant Until the father took the cover away-

No Vision- Proverbs 29:18 (KJV 1900) 18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: But he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
Proverbs 29:18 The Message- 18 If people can’t see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves; But when they attend to what he reveals, they are most blessed.
Covid Stumble- the world stumbled through Covid- Many christians stumbled- Blind leading the Blind
The Future 2023- You dont have to stumble
Revelation/Vision- Communication from God - sight, vision, dream
-Communication from God that effects what you think and how you see the future
Evidence of The Holy Spirits Work- Acts 2:17–18 (NKJV) 17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. 18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy.

Supernatural Revelations From The Father Through The Holy Spirit-
- 1Cor.2:9 -10 But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” 10.But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.

“I Cant Believe What God Has Done”- a statement from people who have experienced God doing things beyond what they thought possible- it couldnt happen with out Gods power.

Standing Out From The World- Son of God- Son of the World

Seek Him With All Your Heart- Jeremiah 29:13 (NKJV) 13 And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
Draw Near To God- James (NKJV)4: 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
