To begin with I love Christmas time because it’s the time of year for love and harmony, peace on earth, and good will towards all men. And The term “ Advent in Christian Culture” is much broader than just the Christmas story. The Advent covers well over a thousand years of biblical prophecy about the coming of the Messiah.

And so Officially in modern times the Advent season has traditionally been from November 27- December 25. In the celebration of Jesus’ Birth Advent means the Coming or the Arrival of the Messiah. Jesus Christ is the Messiah who came to save mankind from an eternal damnation and banishment from God Almighty. Adam messed up in the Garden of Eden and God created the Great Plan of Salvation. God the Father had a plan for salvation in eternity past and God the Very Son Jesus the Christ bought our Salvation back in time on a hill called Calvary and then God the Holy Spirit sealed our faith on the day of Pentecost.

All of this is in God’s Plan, God’s Project, and God’s Purpose for all of creation so that we would be renewed back to the full knowledge and Glory of God. This is the Advent Hope!!

And God gave us Jesus the Christ who was born in Bethlehem Judea . Who was is and ever shall be the Monogenes God. Meaning that Jesus is 100% God and 100% man at the same time Fully Human and Fully God. On the God side Jesus Christ Emmanuel is God with Us. and on the human side Jesus Christ is our Kinsman Redeemer making Him our All sufficient savior. I don’t have time to give a long theological discourse but I’m so excited to present Jesus the Christ the Messiah of the world and the best way I know how is to let the bible tell us in Luke 2:7 The bible says Mary brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid Him in a manger; because there was room for them in the Inn.

In this Christmas season I hope and pray that we will find room in our homes and our hearts To fill the world with Christmas Joy . Lastly Have a Merry Christmas from the Allen Family God Bless y’all and Ya’ll come back now you hear.
