Holy Father, keep them in Your name, the name which You have given Me, that they may be one even as We are.
Jesus has kept them
Jesus says that he has protected them and did lose any of them.
except JUDAS ,
this leads to question:
is it possible that a person could lose there salvation?
- look at Judas
Judas was never in Christ

Jesus states not just the
Hate the greek would is using the (a -orse) tense meaning past tense.
But it is present.
But although it speaks in past tense, it does not mean that it is only in the past.
The world will hate them, because of this.
But Jesus says that they are not of the World.
remember God brought us out of the world.
But know that we are of Him, We are His, no longer of the World.
Jesus has made the great statement that we belong to Him, and because of that the world hate us, but we are not of the World as He is not.
Jesus does not pray that they come out of the world like His is, but the protect them from the evil one.
To keep them protected for Satan and his evil forces that will follow after His disciples.
Because they are not of the World.
Being in Christ makes us of a new clothe, a new life, and new way.
This is pf Christ.
Be belong to Him,
Sanctify them (set apart, to make holy) them in your truth

Jesus send His people out to do the same, being glory to God.
Jesus is set apart from (for the Father’s will), and His disciples (us) will also be set apart in truth.

Here we get to see that Jesus is not just asking these things for just the disciples that are now, but those who will believe because of there witness.
Jesus pray here is that those who will believe, will be one.
would it be safe to say that the world is watching,

by us being in unity to God, the world will see, and
as it is written:
Jesus prayer is that we remain in Him, His prayer is that we will be safe in the world that hates us, and that we are spiritually protected from the evil one.
