Interview: How are some of the ways you guys have seen the Lord work through Circles?

Covid has really taken its toll on developing Circles and keep them moving in a consistent direction, but what are your hopes for Circles as we continue on from here?

How would you describe a great Circle experience for people to be able to visualize what this can become?

What would you tell people who are searching/looking for advice or encouragement about getting into or even leading a Circle conversation?

Connections in churches-- Sunday School // After Church gatherings // The potluck dinner

Grand Point has always been committed to seeing and facilitating the dynamic of life-on-life connections because without them we are vitally lost.

togetherness from day one. God say GOOD, situation BAD. GE2:18, “I will make a helper suitable for him.”

It is not good for families to live life alone and while the gathering of Church is vital to our worshipping the Savior and staying connected to the Biblical precedent of worship, the idea that you can get through life without ever having a conversation or a dinner or a something without another Christian is absurd!

The songs we sing, the messages we preach are totally pointless without the connectedness of Christians who are going to gather after the fact and discuss together what is our next step in our walk with Jesus?

The Great Awakening that took place in Europe- THE HOLY GROUP // HAYSTACK PRAYER MEETING

The purpose of a Circle gathering in our context is for one simple thing...pursuing Christ together and the practicality of our next step of faith.

Acts 2:42-47- They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching - We have every resource we need at our fingertips. Nothing else is required. The simplest way to facilitate a conversation about your next steps with Christ is simply by asking a few questions.

What did you take away from that message?

What do you think you should do about it? Or how is it going to change your outlook/lifestyle now that you know it.

How should it change us as a church, as a circle, as a family?

They devoted themselves to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

When they devoted themselves, they declared this piece was of utmost importance. Nothing was going to take its place in their lives.
Here we are, the immediate following of the inception of the church- and the most important thing they can think to do is figure out when they are getting together over chips and salsa to talk about Jesus.

43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. --

44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
