Faith Will Find a Way
Mark 2:1-5
It was heard that Jesus was in the house (verse 1)
Jesus is in our midst but some don’t hear about it
Jacob didn’t know that God was there
Two disciples didn’t know that Jesus was with them
Where ever Jesus is people will come (verse 2)
The owner of the house is not mentioned
If set as a goal in our church to be a house that hosts Jesus we will not lack people
Jesus was in the house, very close, but they couldn’t get to Him (verse 4)
There was a hindrance, wall, obstacle, between them and Jesus
Every time you get a revelation that you’re close, you will face opposition that you can’t overcome
Leave or wait (settle down and wait till your obstacle moves, till Satan removes his opposition)
Don’t wait – don’t put your destiny within the hands of your obstacle
Faith bypasses the gap (verse 5)
Jesus was waiting for them, Jesus is pleased with faith even when it interrupts His sermon
Jesus looks for faith
Blind man felt Jesus being close and his faith overcame the obstacle and his faith stopped Jesus as well
10 spies saw land and it was very close but there was an opposition and they left the “house”
Faith lets down your need at His feet (verse 4)
Cast your cares upon Him for He cares about you
