Relationship with God
You are the last generation that’s finishing the race; eyes of previous runners are on you
Kuhlman, Hinn, Wigglesworth, Ravenhill, and others prophesied and prayed about you
40 million since 1973; 1,37 million per year; 4,000 each day are aborted
4% are bible believing Christians; 14 average age for sex; 12-17 are largest viewers of porn; 8,000 get sexual transmitted diseases everyday
When enemy comes in like a flood; darkness makes light shine brighter
I will build a Church; what is born of God overcomes
I don’t make the mail but only deliver it
Mt.22:37-38 “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment.”
This is a commandment not an option or choice
Love God not serve Him (OT – serve Him; NT – love Him)
Heart, soul, and mind – not words, works, money, time, and attitudes; unseen with love with our inner part
When is asking for Isaac, don’t give Him Sarah?
What is the first and great commandment?
It’s possible to love Him – we love lesser things; His love for us; we were made to do so; He wouldn’t ask if we couldn’t
John 15:4 “Abide in Me and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.”
Fruitfulness is expected
You can’t become rich without enriching others
Greatness is achieved through fruitfulness
Fruit is the glory of Master while fruitlessness is the shame of Him
Branch is week, small, and feeble
It’s normal for branch to live off the vine
Every believer is a branch not just a pastor
Intimacy precedes fruitfulness (childbearing)
Moses’ face, Jacob’s hip, Benny Hinn miracles, or Todd Bentley’s ministry is proof of that
Those who ask for presence have power not the opposite
Worshippers become workers but workers don’t become worshippers
Intimacy will bring blessing but blessing doesn’t bring intimacy
Don’t allow nickel to block the sun
As car without gas will not work so is Christian life without presence
Good car without gas is useless
I would rather have old GEO with gas instead of new BMW without it
Don’t put sugar into the tank but gas
Going to gas station will not fill you up; open yourself up
It will cost you yourself
Some don’t reach their destinies not because of lack of talents because of presence
Mt.7:23 “And then I will declare to them, I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.”
Those who don’t know Him practice sin
I don’t know you (Mt.25)
Knowing about God and knowing God
Salvation is relationship not life jacket or ticket to heaven
He knows you to the level that you know Him
Repent for lukewarmness Rev.2:4
