When a big hurricane like Irma hits Florida, smart people get ready and either evacuate or hunker down. Similarly, the Christian knows to take proactive measures for the storms in life; these type might not make national news, yet they are real none the less. We had to put off our meeting together this morning to hunker down during the hurricane. So, I thought I'd put out a short devotion to encourage you. God is with us in all storms be they the one like Irma, or the spiritual ones.
