Any success story means there was "fire" in someone's bones, a driving enthusiasm that compelled action. This is how God's words affected His prophet Jeremiah. They lighted a burning "fire" in his bones that forced him to deliver God's message even when he had decided the job was too hard, and the leaders of the people were persecuting him. Why speak when no one would hear? But Jeremiah was pledged to obey, and even when he tried to keep silent, he couldn't. He HAD to keep his promise; he HAD to speak God's message.
