The Good place is individualistic- you can spend as many “Jeremy Berimys” learning everything there is to know but as long as eternity is “you” focused it will never be the good place. Eventually you will always get bored and you will want out. Just like the characters in the show.. That is why immortality is often seen as a curse in the media. What makes Heaven so different is that it has nothing to do with you or me. It is all about Christ. It is all about worshipping Jesus forever and that will never get old. When we take the focus off of ourselves and put it on Jesus that is when we will be most content. No amount of learning, experiencing, or fun will ever stack up to an eternity in the Presence of Jesus.
