As followers of God, and as people saved by Christ, we are tasked with living our lives on this earth, in the time, in particular ways, for particular ends. We are not living in a random, unpredictable, chaotic manner. We are not without the hope that comes through direction. We are able to thrive, not in spite of, but because of, the guidance of the Scripture and with the impulse of the Spirit in our lives. We are free do as we like.
