Fundamentally, we are created by God, who desires we are in perfect relationship with Him for ever. Our sin condemns us to the exact opposite, a life of wandering, hurt, destruction and eternal damnation. The reason that Jesus came to us was for the sole purpose of redeeming us, at an unimaginable price, to be made perfect, in Him, so that we might be back in right standing with God.
